Week Seven
Day 43
Another successful week at Slimming World, yippee
Day 44
I've just picked up my knitting again, it's been sitting around in a bag for almost a year, hopefully I'll get it finished before next winter!
Day 45
A nice day, it was dry, almost warm and we were able to get outside and give the wisteria a short back and sides.
Day 46
Wet, very wet, very, very wet. What more can I say.
Day 47
The Kennet and Avon Canal, near Bradford-on-Avon, it's the one thing I miss since moving away from Devizes.
Day 48
A lovely bright and frosty morning, very slippery underfoot though.
Day 49
Time for a little bit of spring cleaning, getting the conservatory ready for the growing season. Just look at that clean bench and those lovely sparkly windows. (How long will it stay like that, I wonder?)

Week Six
Day 36
A very cold morning, the roof of my car covered in beautifully patterned frost
Day 37
Work continues to complete the renovations to the Esso petrol station at the bottom of our road, it is scheduled to re-open later this month
Day 38
Blueberries, 100% extra free, don't mind if I do.
Day 39
Cod and Mediterranean vegetable bake, a new recipe for me, very yummy.
Day 40
This poor little crocosmia, in a pot in the conservatory, is obviously very confused about which month it is!
Day 41
A burst water main being fixed as we walk home from shopping.
Day 42
Just look at this fantastic Zentangle drawing sent to me by Fat Dormouse with whom I was partnered in Mad About Bags "Send a little Love swap"

The fifth week
Day 29
We had a very light snow shower, a few snow flakes settled on this web outside the conservatory and then melted with the warmth through the kitchen window.
Day 30
That's a lot of page views, thankyou everyone.
Day 31
So, there we were, sitting quietly in the pub, enjoying a nice quiet Saturday lunchtime beer, when in walked all these Morris Men, they were on their way to a "gig" and had stopped off for a beer break. They did a bit of musical rehearsal while enjoying their pints, but thankfully no dancing rehearsal, as there simply wasn't enough room. They did tell us where they were from, I think it was somewhere in Hampshire, but sadly I can't remember. I've tried to find them on Google by looking for a matching outfit, but no luck, so if anyone out there recognises them, please leave a comment below, thanks.
Day 32
It was very cold this morning, and the lake was partially frozen
Day 33
Snowdrops are almost in flower just outside my kitchen door
Day 34
Today we celebrate our own version of Valentine's Day, GM and I have been together for 28 years (and it don't seem a day too long)
Day 35
This is something you wont see very often, me on the other side of the camera, and a picture of both of us together.
