    Makes you laugh doesn't ! Its probably in case of accidents.
    My dad once went out to two council men who were replacing a kerbstone outside his house. When he asked why it took two, one of then replied 'I'm the driver!'
    You'd think they could use one man who could drive wouldn't you!!! :)
